Step 1: Stick the Device to Your Wall

Simply stick the device to your wall using our innovative clean stick adhesive that will last for many uses. Start by removing the clip cover on the back of the device, align the device at eye level for your desired height, and press firmly at the top and bottom of the device.

Step 2: Place the Back of Your Head on the Grey Circle

Simply place the top of the back of your head on the grey padded circle found on the device. Your back and shoulders should be rested against the wall.

Step 3: Push Back to Perform the Chin Tuck

Slowly bring your chin towards your chest and make a double chin. Hold for 1-2 seconds and then release resistance slowly. For optimal benefits, perform 2-3 sets of 8-12 repetitions. *Please refer to the instruction booklet included for all your detailed guidelines.
